The terms on which Fivante LLC makes the Fivante service available to your organization.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Fivante LLC (“Fivante,” “we,” “us”) and the organization that creates an account (“you,” “Customer”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Fivante is a business-to-business software service for finance teams. It ingests invoices, receipts, and related documents, extracts structured data from them, applies the workflow and approval rules you configure, and prepares information for your ERP or accounting system.
The service is currently offered in early access. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at a particular level. We will not make a materially adverse change to how the service handles your existing data without notice to account administrators.
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information used to create it, and for all activity under it. You must keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly at info@fivante.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your administrators control who in your organization has access and what each role may do. You are responsible for configuring those permissions appropriately and for removing access when someone leaves.
You keep all rights in the documents, records, and other content you put into the service. You grant us only the rights we need to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to provide the service to you, including processing documents through automated extraction.
You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you upload, including where it contains information about third parties such as vendors, customers, or employees. Our handling of that content is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
The service uses automated and machine-learning techniques to read documents and suggest values, classifications, and matches. These techniques are useful but not perfect, and they can misread a document.
You remain responsible for reviewing financial data before you act on it. Fivante is a tool that prepares information for your review and approval. It does not replace your controls, your approvals, or your professional judgment, and we do not provide accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice.
We aim to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. During early access we do not commit to a service level, uptime percentage, or support-response time.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service, or your account, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a security risk to the service or to other customers.
On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of these terms or the service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you submit to the service or from your use of the service in breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim arises from our own breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make a material change we will revise the “Last updated” date above and notify account administrators. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@fivante.com, or to Fivante LLC at the address listed on our contact page.
